Release, Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Liability, and Indemnity Agreement By purchasing any item sold by thegoodyboxselfdefense.com, the buyer expressly warrants that he/she is in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, ownership, and use of the item. It shall be the buyer’s responsibility to comply with all Federal, State, and Local laws governing the sale of any items listed, illustrated or sold. The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless thegoodyboxselfdefense.com and all persons and property associated with thegoodyboxselfdefense.com for all claims and or damage and injury resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership, sale, misuse, carelessness, proper use or use of the item in violation of applicable Federal, State, and Local Laws or regulations.

Order Acceptance Policy 

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The Goody Box Self Defense LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. 

 

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. When you enter a contest or drawing you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to the The Goody Box Self Defense LLC site. You may unsubscribe from this news list by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received. We use “cookies” to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.

RETURN POLICY

The Goody Box Self Defense LLC allows customers to return any item within 15 days of purchase that is new, still in the box, and never been opened, but the customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee and will be required to pay all shipping fees. The customer must call or Submit a Support Ticket to inform us of the return and obtain a return authorization number (RA#). There will be no refund for items returned without an RA#. The refund will be credited to the customer within 7 business days of receipt of the returned goods. The payment will be refunded by the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase. Damaged Products The Goody Box Self Defense LLC works hard to package your order as good as possible to prevent damage during shipping. If you do have products arrive that were clearly damaged during the shipping process, please contact the shipping company (UPS, Fed Ex, USPS) immediately to file a claim. It is important that you keep the box the items were shipped in because they may send a representative to review the claim. If the shipping company is unable to process the claim, please call us or email us to inform us of the situation and we will do our best to assist you with the claim. If you receive a damaged or defective product, save all packaging materials that arrived with your order then contact us no later than 48 hours after receiving such order.

 

SHIPPING AND PAYMENT

Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed before shipment of your order.

 Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks

We accept money orders in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received.

International & Customs

In the case of International orders, the customer will cover all custom fees or related costs. Our customers are held responsible and should know what can or cannot be legally imported into their country. We cannot be held responsible for items that end up getting seized by law enforcement (Customs, state law enforcement, federal law enforcement or the likes). International shipments via US or foreign carriers are required to have insurance on items that are to be shipped; this should be done prior to shipping. Wholesale Blades cannot be held responsible for shipping costs, shipping costs are non- refundable.

 Shipping Policy

Shipping Time — Most orders received before 10:00AM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 10:00 AM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. Shipping can be delayed beyond one day. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by The Goody Box Self Defense LLC or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Should the shipping charges differ greatly in price the extra charge may be charged to you at the discretion of  The Goody Box Self Defense LLC.
